Garden Two

One of the prettiest gardens in the village of BUNDANOON. This 1600sqm garden inspires and changes with the seasons, delighting visitors on every occasion.

Changes to the garden will be noticed by those who may have seen it in 2015. An added reflective fish pond in the rear garden adds another dimension to the space. Also a large tree removed from the front garden has opened it up and peonies now have taken ownership of the raised bed.

Regular layers of mulch, manures and blood and bone have ensured this garden looks stunning in all seasons; the garden owner has a flair for colour and design and this garden reflects this.

Large trees  form the background of the garden and then flowering plants such as Mollis Azaleas, Rhododendrons, Bulbs and Perennials provide the colour. Climbing Clematis, Roses and Wisteria drape themselves lovingly over arches and obelisks. Around every corner is a treasure for all green thumbs. Walkways linking garden rooms, gates and steps reveal different levels of formality throughout the garden.

A summer house provides a view over the fish pond and is a delightful spot for reflective thoughts, especially in the warmer season. A covered vegetable garden keeps pests away and provides for the home.

The garden owner unreservedly admits she ‘loves her garden and gardening with an absolute passion’!  This is a must see garden and will inspire all who visit it.
