For 23 years Bundanoon Garden Ramble has delivered 8 wonderful, varied gardens and a range of delights for visitors to the beautiful Southern Highlands.

This year is no exception with eight stunning private gardens open on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October, 2019 from 9.30am – 4.30pm.

We are delighted to invite you to visit gardens ranging from a park-like show stopper of 5 acres with an enviable vegetable garden to a town block, carefully and cleverly worked to highlight both the original parts and new features.  This year’s gardens offer diversity in design, size and plantings showcasing the love and interpretation given them by the owners, all of whom will be available and very keen to speak to visitors. There will be plenty to see and do thanks to the dedicated garden owners who spend months (actually years) prior to the weekend preparing their beautiful gardens in anticipation of the many visitors.

Visits to the beautiful gardens aren’t all that is on offer in Bundanoon in Ramble weekend.  The Garden Market in the Bundanoon Hall returns, where plants, gifts and art can be purchased. The working display of old farm equipment in the main street is always popular and the Bundanoon History Group will mount an informative exhibition in the Old Goods Shed beside the railway line.  It wouldn’t be Garden Ramble without the scarecrows popping up around the village for the Lions Club competition.

Refreshments, including gelato are available in various open gardens; the famous Lions Club café will be open as always for business.

Take advantage of the free shuttle buses to visit the gardens. Those who would prefer it can use bicycles or their own transport to avoid delays. Your ticket is a brochure, which outlines each garden’s detail, distances and any difficulties in or around each of the eight gardens.  The brochure also contains a map of the area, positioning all the gardens.

Tickets are on sale in the Hall from 9am both days. The price for entry into all eight gardens is $20 per person, valid for Saturday and Sunday, and $5 for single garden entry (Children under 16 free). For GROUP bookings, please contact to arrange early payment to avoid queuing.

We look forward to welcoming you to Bundanoon.
